i’m guessing that matthew doesnt visualize when writing, that words just stream from his head, laid down like unexploded ordnance.
Good observation! I might visualize a little for Mangoes, but not too much. I don’t want to be tied down by the possible, I sometimes want there to be multiple ways a thing can happen, and I want to stimulate the listener’s own mental somersaults. 🙂
